Worlds Cruises Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the general principles regarding refunds for cruise bookings made through Worlds Cruises. As Worlds Cruises acts as an agent for various international cruise lines and travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), the refund rules applicable to your booking are governed primarily by the respective Supplier.

Your dedicated Worlds Cruises booking advisor will provide you with the exact refund policy for your cruise and fare type at the time of booking and within your confirmation documents.

1. General Principles

Refund eligibility, refund amounts, and timelines depend on the Supplier’s cancellation and refund policies. Different fare types, promotions, and cabin categories carry different refund conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

  • Supplier Policy: All refunds are subject to the cruise line’s terms in effect at the time of booking and cancellation.

  • Timing of Cancellation: Cancellation penalties usually increase closer to the sailing date.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Deposits, promotional fares, administrative fees, or special services may be non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: Failure to board the cruise normally results in total forfeiture with no refund.

  • Documentation: Certain refunds may require supporting documentation or insurance claims.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made directly through Worlds Cruises by calling:

📞 888-575-8558

Please keep your booking reference number available. Our booking team will coordinate with the Supplier and advise you of any penalties and the expected refund amount.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time varies by Supplier and banking institution and may take several business days to multiple billing cycles.

  • Worlds Cruises is not responsible for delays caused by third-party Suppliers or banks.

5. Future Cruise Credits (FCC)

In certain cases, you may receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) instead of a cash refund. All FCC terms, including expiration and usage, are determined by the Supplier.

6. Travel Insurance

Worlds Cruises strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against non-refundable losses due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.

7. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations or Major Changes

If a cruise line cancels or significantly modifies your itinerary, the Supplier’s policy will determine whether you receive a refund, FCC, or alternative arrangements. Worlds Cruises will assist you throughout the process.
